Our Company
E-Health Online is a subsidiary of Convergent Media Network. In our head office in Victoria, BC, we have gathered the brightest and most accomplished programmers, developers, strategists and health industry professionals. Together we have developed a suite of solutions that put advanced but easy-to-use technology to work for health care organizations all across North America.

Our Background
E-Health Online was established in 2003 by Convergent Media Network (CMN) to formalize our longstanding commitment (since 1999) to the eHealth sector. We have done groundbreaking work in eHealth as a developer of technology platforms, as well as business and marketing strategies. CMN has worked with companies and organizations such as Bodywise, HealthyAims, Diet Aims, Prescripnet, Quma Learning, Geriatric Services of America and numerous pharmacy providers.
The founder of CMN and E-Health Online is Tim Vasko, a recognized expert in the field of eHealth. As the keynote speaker at the spring 2004 COPHARM conference, Mr. Vasko brought attendees up to date on the state of technology in the pharmacy industry as well alerting them to vital tech trends on the horizon. Mr. Vasko was also a speaker at the winter 2005 COPHARM conference in Miami, Fla. He again spoke on technological issues vital to the pharmacy industry.
In addition to leading CMN and E-Health Online, Mr. Vasko has been a professor at the graduate level in the fields of Business and Technology Strategy, International Business Operations and Global Finance. He was also the first Entrepreneur in Residence, and a founding member of the Entrepreneurship in the Faculty of Business at UVIC. He has also been a professor in the International MBA program at Royal Roads University. He has worked as a consultant to major corporations and has been a CEO in the printing, direct mail, electronics and securities industries.
